My Country Hunk

Most love stories that begin with "a city girl and a country boy..." go nowhere quickly. (except for the Notebook but that's the epic exception)

April of 2010
I met my country bumpkin in the spring of my Sophomore year at Emporia State. He was (and still is, and will always be 'cause he's a stubborn butt) everything that I never knew I needed. He's strong and loyal, hardworking and painfully honest.

He's kicked the Johnson County straight outta me. He's taught me how to drive a four-wheeler, two-step, drink whiskey, make a mean hamburger, and how life is ten million times better when constantly accompanied by country music. It's the rhythm of our lives.

He's my love. and He's changed my whole world.

p.s. For the sake of the internet, and all the super-creepers out there. He will be known on the blog as Lou. If you know him, you know why. If not, just enjoy the fun :)
